The problem of LED light attenuation


For example, in incandescent lamps, the tungsten filament heats up and evaporates, becoming thinner and thinner, and the higher the temperature, the faster the light attenuation. Although the performance of LED lighting is much better than incandescent lamps, it cannot overcome the problem of light attenuation, but the light attenuation is smaller. However, there are some aspects of LED light that can cause more serious attenuation than incandescent lamps. First, the inferior quality of the LED chip will cause greater light attenuation. Secondly, defects in the manufacturing process will reduce the heat dissipation of the LED chip, and if the temperature is too high, the driving current of the LED will deteriorate. The lamp has exceeded the rated driving conditions. There are other problems that are not mentioned in detail, but the key is heat dissipation and the quality of the light source itself.


How to effectively deal with the problem of light attenuation in LED lights


This problem cannot be completely overcome, so we can only improve it as much as we can. We have always insisted on using genuine high-quality LED chips with low light attenuation and high brightness. At the same time, high-specification materials with better heat dissipation effect are used for the shell, PCB board and other materials, which try our best to solve the heat dissipation problem and greatly extend the life of LED lights and other outdoor lighting engineering lights.
